Siral Site is one of Beşiktaş's Precious Residential Living Areas.

During the week, I went to Siral Sitesi in Ulus, Nisbetiye district to see a property owner's rental flat.
It was my first visit to the site.
There was a security area at the entrance and they would not let you in without approval from the inside.
When I entered the site, I observed a very large and spacious living area.
In Siral Site, which consists of around 10 blocks, the blocks are low-rise.
Landscaping area, outdoor pool and gazebo area are among the common areas of the site.
The relevant flat is 3+1, has 130 m² net & 170 m² gross living area and has 3 balconies.
In my opinion, Siral Sitesi, which is 300 meters from Ahmet Saygun CD and 1,000 meters from Nisbetiye metro, is one of the valuable living areas of Beşiktaş.
