I have always thought that renting out a flat, house, residence or villa furnished is an attractive investment channel.
Both increasing the rent level and being able to catch up with current rent levels while the tenant stays for less time are important advantages of furnished rental.
In my opinion, real estate in Turkey is a very attractive savings tool and investment channel under all circumstances. As long as the real estate with the right content is purchased at the right price.
For example, while a 2+1 flat with indoor parking in the new building in Gayrettepe will be rented for around 40,000 TL, this figure may increase to around 55,000 TL for furnished units.
Likewise, in the new building in Gayrettepe, a 1+1 flat with indoor parking can be rented for around 30,000 TL, while it can be rented furnished for around 40,000 TL.
While a 2+1 flat with indoor parking in the new building in Etiler will be rented for around 80,000 TL, this figure may rise to around 110,000 TL for furnished units.
Likewise, in the new building in Gayrettepe, a 1+1 flat with indoor parking can be rented for around 60,000 TL, while it can be rented furnished for around 80,000 TL.
My opinion is that real estate prices always reach or approach target levels in every five-year period.
