The Number of Living Spaces in the New Project Site Across Beşiktaş Can Be Increased.

There are many valuable housing estates in different parts of Beşiktaş. The common feature of all of them is that they were built before the earthquake.
In new buildings, project living spaces are clustered in certain areas.
MaaNaa projects in Etiler and Cultural District can be accepted in the site category.
Although it does not dominate the Ulus region at all, I cannot think of a residential complex in the new building there either.
I can't think of living space in the new building in the Dikilitaş, Gayrettepe, Maçka, Yıldız, Konaklar regions.
In my opinion, at least a certain number of site concept projects can be included in areas where there is no living space in the new building. It has 24/7 security and a certain landscape area.
