Precious Living Spaces Are Rising in the Balmumcu Region.

For about 3 months, I have been focusing some of my real estate work on Mista Bosphorus Houses, Mediko-1 and Mediko-2 Sites in the Balmumcu area behind Barbaros Boulevard.
For this purpose, I work in the relevant region at least one day a week.
In my opinion, the Balmumcu region is the region that best describes Beşiktaş.
Central location, Bosphorus view, tranquility, presence of residential and commercial living spaces, proximity to central locations.
There are mainly detached houses in Mediko-2 Site. Mediko-1 Site has living spaces in flat format.
Mista Bosphorus is a new project. It is one of the valuable housing estates of Beşiktaş with its indoor car park, wide landscaping area and magnificent Bosphorus view.
There are currently upper segment brand residence projects under construction in the region.
Today, another new project caught my attention. I'm not sure if it will be built in residence format or site logic.
Quality living spaces are emerging around Barbaros Boulevard.
Time will tell how many of these will be residences and how many will be purely buildings.
It seems like both will rise.
