It is important to be aware that price increases in housing are instantaneous and aggressive in the current structure.
Therefore, in my opinion, the approach of "I wait for the interest rate, the flats are already stagnating" is not very healthy.
Moreover, in my opinion, real estate, including housing, will continue to be one of the most attractive money saving and investment tools, and in a more noticeable way.
As a result, I think buying flats at acceptable price levels will never upset the buyers in new buildings.
On the rental side, demand is stronger.
