What is the Housing Price Level in Beşiktaş Etiler Region?

October 2023 Türkiye-wide housing sales statistics have been published.
219 houses were sold across Beşiktaş. Last year this figure was 204.
This increase is interesting at a time when there is a decline compared to last year throughout Istanbul.
When I examine the house price increases, in October 2023 compared to October 2022:
• 103.3% increase across Türkiye
• 89.7% increase throughout Istanbul
• 62.3% increase in Beşiktaş district
• 88.2% increase in Etiler region
• In the Ulus region, there was an increase of 74%.
In the same period, the dollar increased by 51.9% and gold increased by 84.3%.
Recently, I started focusing on a street with new buildings in the Etiler district. I am not familiar with meat in general.
However, it is interesting that the price increase in the Etiler region is well above that of Beşiktaş in general.
